Once the Beneficiary’s needs are understood and the Project brief is established, an important stage is the clear definition of the various working spaces, also essential for the subsequent design works.

Any relocation can be a difficult process logistically speaking and not only ; it requires rigorous planning, that always takes into account the observance of time, budget and safety requirements, without endangering the progress of current business processes, the human or material flows. Forward has the necessary experience to successfully implement this type of works, being responsible for the smooth running of things, from establishing the initial relocation plan to the effective delivery of the new space.

Preventive and corrective maintenance

Our involvement does not end with the fitting-out project completion, we also provide support to the Beneficiaries with preventive or corrective maintenance services. In other words, we ensure all services required in order to maintain the condition of works we performed to desired parameters and to re-establish quality when issues occur over time or optimizations are necessary.

• Through the services of preventive maintenance we offer, starting from a maintenance plan agreed with the Beneficiary, the Forward experts undertake the maintenance tasks within the appropriate timeframes established, as frequently as agreed. This is practically about a clearly defined schedule of periodical inspection works and, possibly, about adjustment that concerns the maintenance of works performed to the best quality standards;
• Through the corrective maintenance services we aim to identify issues occurred, make the diagnosis according to a thorough methodology, to eliminate or correct issues identified and subsequently establish the ways to control a good future operation.

Small Works

We offer the same quality guarantee when it comes to any small scale fitting-out projects, for example linked to an internal re-organization, a reconfiguration or a refurbishment of existing spaces.

The works of painting, plastering and any other small works, performed with the prior approval of the Beneficiary are included in this range of services.
