1. Assessing the working space
This is the stage in which we discuss with the beneficiaries, we understand the specific culture and the final image wanted to be designed, we assess the space in terms of location, we identify opportunities and constraints, we define needs, requirements and expectations. We therefore get an overview of the project.
2. Space planning
We come with a first proposal of solutions for the new space in terms of partitioning. This is the moment when, starting from the space architecture and the functionality requirements, we propose partitioning areas and installations design.
3. Defining the design concept
Any successful project is based on the premises of an optimal mix between technical and artistic. The functional dimension must be supplemented with a proper design, through appropriate fittings: special finishes, materials, furniture, lighting solutions, audio-video systems, branding. This is the stage when we aim to combine the functional requirements with the aesthetic ones, the elements of space organization with those related to the visual identity of the company. We obtain the definition of the design concept to the smallest detail and we have the time schedule with a breakdown of the types of works, installations, implementation deadlines and budgeting.
4. Project assessment and choosing the solution
This is the stage in which we assess together with the beneficiary the options that will make up the final solution and we choose the version that best responds to the design and budget requirements. We have the ”go ahead” to give life to the agreed concepts and plans.
5. Execution and implementation
We therefore go from the theoretical, descriptive dimension to the practical one: the agreed version is materialized and in the end we deliver a turnkey solution, on time and within the established budget.
